The hotel had friendly staff, daily linen changes, high-quality toiletries, and complimentary amenities like bottled water and chocolate. The honesty bar and DVD selection were great for relaxing in the room. We were offered a free breakfast in exchange for our email address, which was amazing.

I had an fantastic stay at this charming hotel. I felt welcomed and at home. The receptionist was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel has a lovely Spanish/Mexican atmosphere, with vibrant artwork and decorations that added so much character. The entire place was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, with plush and comfortable towels. The shared bathroom was also clean and decorated with colorful tiles. I was kinda surprised to find complimentary shower gel, shampoos, and even L'Occitane hand wash in the room. The hotel's Honesty Bar and collection of DVDs were a great touch for entertainment. The continental breakfast provided was the best I've ever had, with a good variety of options. The location was convenient, with bus stops nearby for easy transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The decor of the hotel was unique and funky, adding a fun and lively atmosphere to our stay. We also loved the idea of the honesty bar, where we could help ourselves to drinks and record what we had.
The hotel is located in a busy area, so there was a lot of shouting and noise from outside that disturbed our sleep.

The location of this hotel is ideal, being right next to a very run down high street. The bar restaurant is a great place to have some drinks and enjoy some tasty tapas. The communal area is cozy and welcoming. The rooms are clean and adequately fitted out, with comfortable beds and complimentary bathroom products like l'Occitane. There is also a nice sitting area available and an honor bar to make your stay more enjoyable.
The stairs in the hotel can be quite steep and may not be suitable for everyone.
